Worst buying experience I have ever had in my last 4 certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 St certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 Stop Sales, but they still sold it and said NOTHING. Sold as a certified preowned. They would NOT repair even though the issue had to do with the stop sale, battery overheating and expanding. Jenkins would NOT return or stop sale the vehicle but told me it was a deal, and I was responsible for paying even though they sold a vehicle in bad faith, knowing it had issues that would cause it NOT to run. More

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum at this dealership. Let me just say Lena Williams was our sales consultant. This woman was amazing she really knows what she selling and believes in the vehi dealership. Let me just say Lena Williams was our sales consultant. Lena explained and demonstrated everything on the vehicle and then took us out for a test drive which was longer than any test drive I have ever taken . After we finished finalizing the deal she again went over the vehicle, set up my phone and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove it home. Let’s just say she cost me a lot of money but I would not have purchased the vehicle if it wasn’t for her and her expertise. I would highly recommend Lena Williams!! The dealership was also very helpful and pleasant! More

This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of ex They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 29k and the salesman had somewhat of an attitude. They say the extra costs are identified in the small print in the disclaimer. Their justification for the price increase is the Jenkins package that they PUT ON ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. If the package is on all of their vehicles then the online price should reflect it, don't bait a customer into the showroom and then tell them that they have no choice especially since the items in the Jenkins Package doesn't value up to what they are charging for it i.e. locking lugs $199 plus many more overpriced items. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost. I am a disabled veteran and was not very happy when I left. Veterans stay away for your own good!! Less More

22 February 2024 - I got an offer in the mail today to go to Jenkins and do a test drive with the offer of a $20 Publix Gift Card for doing so. I was curious about the new Z and the all electric Ariya. I met to Jenkins and do a test drive with the offer of a $20 Publix Gift Card for doing so. I was curious about the new Z and the all electric Ariya. I met Lena Williams a Sales & Leasing Consultant, and explained to her that I wouldn't be buying today but that I would like to rest drive the Ariya. She couldn't have been any nicer or treated me any better if I had $100 bills sticking out of my pockets. I got to sit in a new Z and found that I actually fit pretty well. Beautiful lil hot rod by the way. We took a leisurely test drive in the Ariya and she demonstrated all the safety features, which are pretty impressive. Beautiful car inside and out and drives like a dream. Hoping to possibly get a Certified Pre Owned one in the future, Good Lord Willing. I highly recommend seeing Lena if you shop Jenkins Nissan. She has been there many years and is the best sales person I have ever had interaction with. As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇 More
