Only good thing I can say is Lena Williams was very caring and understanding my needs for a vehicle. Not Lenas fault but the prices on used vehicles is way high which I understand. But after a few weeks they show same exact vehicle I purchased with lower miles and couple more options than mine has at a consierablely lower price. Then come to find out that they have a brand new 2022 for the same price as I paid for my 2019 without any of the extras I paid for I mean actual sales price before anything.. Wish I had taken more time To shop around and compare prices more. So just take time to shop around and compare prices don't let them talk you into something you will regret later like I did. I like the vehicle but not the idea of the end results feel I got coned in a way but I should have paid more attention. Now waiting to see if my plates from NY get transferred. This is the first time I drove a vehicle off dealership lot not knowing my exact payment or finance company. They also did 5 hard inquires that gave me a poor rating on my credit score hard hits and my credit is excellent ratings until now. More
