The only downside is that they had my car for a week to do the repair but I was not offered a loaner. I've had my car 6 years so I'm starting to think about my next vehicle. It would have been a great opportunity for accurate to lock me in for the next one. Instead I had to take pretty expensive Ubers to and from first to be diagnosed and then to pick it up. More
