I never got a call that my car was ready for pickup as promised. I had to call the dealership. The existing car mat I had on the driver side was thrown away. It was from another vehicle that I owned and I promised. I had to call the dealership. The existing car mat I had on the driver side was thrown away. It was from another vehicle that I owned and I had to replace it. The loaner car was filthy dirty on the outside. My sales experience was wonderful but this service visit was extremely disappointing. Especially since this involved the $799 cost of the treatment I paid for when I bought the car and $400+ for the new all weather mats I paid for at pickup. I am new to this dealership and I'm hoping this is a one off situation. I was looking forward to having a long term relationship. This visit has me wondering if I made the right decision. More

We have been dealing with Spitzer Acura for 10 years and they have kept our MDX in tip top condition. Albert Malone was excellent with the explation of the warning alarm and what needed to be done to correc they have kept our MDX in tip top condition. Albert Malone was excellent with the explation of the warning alarm and what needed to be done to correct the alert. He said it didn't need to right away and told me what could happen if left alone. I told him I wanted fixed and he had my MDX ready first thing the followung morning. Was very happy with the whole process. More
