I never got a call that my car was ready for pickup as
promised. I had to call the dealership. The existing car mat I had on the driver side was thrown away. It was from another vehicle that I owned and I

The loaner car was filthy dirty on the outside. My sales experience was wonderful but this service visit was extremely disappointing. Especially since this involved the $799 cost of the treatment I paid for when I bought the car and $400+ for the new all weather mats I paid for at pickup. I am new to this dealership and I'm hoping this is a one off situation. I was looking forward to having a long term relationship. This visit has me wondering if I made the right decision.

He said it didn't need to right away and told me what could happen if left alone. I told him I wanted fixed and he had my MDX ready first thing the followung morning. Was very happy with the whole process.
