I had a poor experience buying a BMW. I made an appointment and my Salesperson was busy with a walk-in. I had to wait and an Assistant was provided for a test drive which was fine, but then I had t appointment and my Salesperson was busy with a walk-in. I had to wait and an Assistant was provided for a test drive which was fine, but then I had to wait again upon my return. Once I sat with her she informed me she had another appointment soon and pretty much rushed me out the door telling me to refine my build online. It was such a poor experience I went across the street and bought another Mercedes. Too bad, I had a BMW in the past and enjoyed the car but considered if this is how this dealership treats their Customers this is not what I want. More

I had an excellent experience buying my car from Otto’s and working with Lauren. We basically did the deal over the phone, and Lauren was fabulous. She is very professional and knowledgeable and pays atten and working with Lauren. We basically did the deal over the phone, and Lauren was fabulous. She is very professional and knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail. She agreed to meet me half way to pick up my car. She had all the paper work ready, and it went very smoothly. I would definitely by another car from Lauren. I’ve bought many BMW’s over the years and dealt with many different dealerships. This one was definitely an excellent experience. More

Lauren help made the process so easy and was willing to go outside of her work schedule to show me the car and test drive it. I was out of town and was afraid the car would be gone and she helped me get ev go outside of her work schedule to show me the car and test drive it.
