Worked with Lauren Synder who did everything she could to ensure a smooth delivery, but the MyBMW app was down and the BMW Genius was not available. As a result,bI left the dealership with an incomplete sof ensure a smooth delivery, but the MyBMW app was down and the BMW Genius was not available.
