Ray Cotta was the salesman. I was told that there is a federal law that I have to provide my ssn since I was financing through my own bank. Not through them. When I questioned t I was told that there is a federal law that I have to provide my ssn since I was financing through my own bank. Not through them. When I questioned them on that law, Ray became enraged, yelling that they need to make sure I'm not a terrorist, pounding his hand on the desk. Borderline harassment on how many texts and calls I got while I waited for my approval from my bank. They tried to hide the damage on the car from me. When Ray was yelling, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Then the manager told him that I didn't need to if I'm paying with a check from my bank. He said he worked there for 11 years, so I don't believe that he didn't know he was lying about a federal law to obtain my ssn. On my 1st visit, a woman named Maria claimed to be the sales manager. I don't see any employee listed on their site with her name as a manager. So there's another lie. They are very manipulative. Save yourself the risk of giving them your ssn security and shop elsewhere. More
