Thank you for your feedback. We never want our customers to feel misled by our advertisements. However, we think it's fair to clarify that your service adviser accepted the coupon, which stated it covered "up to 5 quarts of oil." Your vehicle required 6 quarts, and you were asked to pay for the additional oil. Because we honored what the coupon covered, we don't think this is a "bait and switch" situation.
