Transmission Replacement Experience Erick Matos was great. My car went in on a Monday afternoon for something that I thought was a minor noise. Come to find out it needed a new transmiss Erick Matos was great. My car went in on a Monday afternoon for something that I thought was a minor noise. Come to find out it needed a new transmission. Thankfully I had the warranty. While my car was being serviced they put me in a beautiful 2019 Honda Civic loaner (which I now may consider as my next big purchase). I also would like to include that I had a trip coming up the following week on Wednesday and was quite nervous on wether or not my car would be done before then. They were great with providing me updates every step of the way. They were aware of my trip and took that into consideration and were done with my car Wednesday afternoon literally an hour before I was leaving! Thank you Erick & everyone else who was involved! The Deal - By comparison to other dealers we can say that we got a very good deal which is competitively priced and rivals the best deal given by other dealers. It doesn't mean there was no more scope for negotiation [I'm sure there was (wink)] but because they offered a good price in first go, we didn't feel like negotiating more. The Experience - I think it was an overall great experience and I'd like to go back to them for our next car. More
