By far the BEST experience I've had with ANY dealership! I was driving a vehicle that I felt overall unhappy with. I was paying a high price for an SUV that did not feel worth the monthly payment from an ent I was driving a vehicle that I felt overall unhappy with. I was paying a high price for an SUV that did not feel worth the monthly payment from an entirely different manufacturer and dealership. I was then looking to make some serious changes that would put me into a vehicle I was not only head over heels for, but worth every cent. I was unhappy with the dealership I previously went to so a friend referred me to Joyce Honda of Denville, NJ. And, boy, was she right! Not only did I receive exceptional and outstanding friendly, courteous service, but the sales person introduced me to the vehicle technologically and operatively. This was a HUGE selling point. Before even getting into the SUV to test drive it, Creiss Whitfield (sales) helped familiarize me with HOW it works so I wasn't so nervous driving a newer car the first time. I've never had a salesperson approach a test drive that way. I felt at ease, comfortable, and prepared. After test driving the 2019 Honda Pilot EX, I was SOLD. The SUV is PERFECT! I am in love with the car, but more so, I am overjoyed with the experience I had. I will be referring friends and family to them in the future! I am one SATISFIED customer!! More

It was a little early for my 15000 mile check up, however, we were taking a long journey and wanted to make sure everything This was an easy visit. It was a little early for my 15000 mile check up, however, we were taking a long journey and wanted to make sure everything was in good shape. We pulled in at noonish on a Friday, the service bays were a little busy, however we were out and on our way in just over an hour. The waiting room was comfortable and when the colleagues walked through they always reminded the customers about the refreshments available. Lennon Presto made it very convenient. Thanks!! We also stopped by the show room to check with our Salesman Larry Swanson about new vehicles and express our general happiness with our 2018 CRV. Always friendly and professional. Thanks Larry! More

Transmission Replacement Experience Erick Matos was great. My car went in on a Monday afternoon for something that I thought was a minor noise. Come to find out it needed a new transmiss Erick Matos was great. My car went in on a Monday afternoon for something that I thought was a minor noise. Come to find out it needed a new transmission. Thankfully I had the warranty. While my car was being serviced they put me in a beautiful 2019 Honda Civic loaner (which I now may consider as my next big purchase). I also would like to include that I had a trip coming up the following week on Wednesday and was quite nervous on wether or not my car would be done before then. They were great with providing me updates every step of the way. They were aware of my trip and took that into consideration and were done with my car Wednesday afternoon literally an hour before I was leaving! Thank you Erick & everyone else who was involved!
