I knew very little about the Subaru brand when I walked into the showroom. I asked for Lance Willhite because I had read other reviews that were very favorable about him....low key and easy to talk to..... into the showroom. I was coming from a Lexus RX330 and wasn't sure if the Outback would be comfortable enough for me. He was very patient and after driving two different years I was satisfied that the 2013 Limited would work just fine. He was low pressure even during the negotiations.....I have driven the car now for about a month and have felt totally comfortable about calling him with questions about the car. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a test drive. I have not experienced Subaru of Gwinnett's Service department but from the reviews I'm sure they are excellent. More

I worked with Lance Willhite. He was very friendly and put absolutely no pressure on me to purchase. He wrote up the deal and handed me the quote and let me leave with it in hand. I have got to say that Subaru of Gwinnett provided me with the best dealer expierence of my life. I am 60 years old and have dealt with numerous car dealers over the years. Usually I dread the expierenc with the best dealer expierence of my life. I am 60 years old and have dealt with numerous car dealers over the years. Usually I dread the expierence. None of them come remotely close to providing the positive expierence of SOG. I knew what I wanted when I called and worked with Lance over the phone and negoiated the price. No BS, he was very straight forward and came in $600.00 cheaper than any other dealer. Most of the paperwork was done by the time I walked in the door, the car was ready to go. I was selling my 2010 Honda Accord to a third party who was meeting me at SOG to complete the deal. Lance and Mike were very welcoming to my cars' buyers, even though they had nothing to gain from the deal. Lance lent us his desk to complete the transaction. Lance even went out and filled my car up with gas for the new owners. WOW! I was blown away. I can't say enough good things about the guys at SOG, straight forward, honest, no preassure, no hype and the best pricing around. And the best part is I love my new Silver Outback Limited. More

We worked with Lance primarily over the internet as we live in Florida and were looking for certain options on a '13 Ou Lance Willhite was AWESOME! We worked with Lance primarily over the internet as we live in Florida and were looking for certain options on a '13 Outback before they were widely available here in FL in AUG of '12. SOGwinnett had the options we were looking for based on their online inventory/website. Our challenge was a 2011 Honda Pilot trade in. Lance was able to provide an excellent trade in offer that seriously exceeded what other dealers were able to provide. We took a leap of faith --driving all the way up to Atlanta with our trade in (wife and two children under 3) to execute the purchase and trade in. We were concerned that the offer quoted over email based on info provided and pictures of our trade in - inside and out - would not be honored and we'd be placed in a "take it or leave it" position but this never happened with Lance and the team at Gwinnett. They inspected our vehicle as we inspected the new one and there was never any issues whatsoever! Everything stated over email and the phone was honored. We also appreciated Lance's assistance with getting the car tinted and a remote starter installed before we showed up. Finally, they took care of our FL title and registration for us...no issues as an out of state customer. There was one issue with regards to documentation of the amount of the trade in that would have impacted the taxable value of the new vehicle for me but once i pointed it out--they made the correction on the spot. This is our first Subaru and we must say that we walked away with a great car and an extremely positive experience from Lance and the entire team there at Gwinnett. We wholeheartedly would recommend Lance to anyone and would recommend anyone in the region to check with Gwinnett before going final with their local dealer. Our apologies for the late submission.
