Somehow I got a second invite to review Walser Lexus, and it is appreciated because my salesman (Lance G) has not returned messages since I reported issues after delivery. Car itself is fine, deal was fine. it is appreciated because my salesman (Lance G) has not returned messages since I reported issues after delivery. Car itself is fine, deal was fine. Bringing the car from Wichita to Tulsa - great. However, the car was never detailed as promised it had been. It still has the lines from the plastic wrap it came across from Japan with. I have no idea how to get that off without a professional detail. It was also delivered without any windshield wiper fluid ..just a minor detail missed. I bought and added that-nbd. Grimey feeling paint where it should be smooth…for a brand new car. The windows weren’t cleaned from the window sticker, etc.. I mean, I know some of this is little, but when your dealership stops returning messages right after delivery… shrug. Just know what you’re getting if you buy your car from out-of-state…. Fresh off the boat/train…dirty and may/may not be missing fluids. More

However, it was his day off and I spoke with Lance. On 04-16-20, I telephoned to talk with Eric, as I appreciated his attitude on day one. Lance was initially conferenced in to the conversation. Eric and I agreed on a vehicle, purchase price, and my payment. The transaction was initiated. Later, I receive a telephone call from Lance and a different price which included tax and an administrative fee. Eric had said that in our agreement that tax was included and did not mention an administrative fee. I telephoned Eric and informed as to what Lance had included. Eric responded, I am sorry about the misunderstanding. Thus, the basic bait and switch con game that you would expect to experience at a used car lot or carnival - not from a dealership with upscale facilities and automobiles. Surely, this sales technique is not taught or promoted by Lexus. More
