I went to Easterns because I saw a car online that I had been looking for through a 3rd party app. Lamont was great to work with and I had a seamless experience with him. There was an issue with the veh been looking for through a 3rd party app. Lamont was great to work with and I had a seamless experience with him. There was an issue with the vehicle where the microphone in the car wasn’t working. The dealership took care of the cost to run the diagnostic to identify the issue. Lamont assisted through that entire process as well and worked with Mike, the Sales Manager to come to a resolution. Both of them were great to work with. I highly recommend working with Lamont if you’re thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I also recommend Easterns if you’re looking for a vehicle.
