Nice building/showroom and our salesperson was very nice. The pricing was very shady. Price you see online is NOT the price of the vehicle. When it came time to finalize the deal, the were over $5000 in mandatory extras that we knew nothing about. $3500 Xzilon, $1300 in mudguards and floor mats, and $500 in anti theft precautions. I will never ever buy another vehicle from Russ Darrow kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300, kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300,000 at this dealership, and I, raised my voice just a little bit. And, the GEM Matt kullowski, called the police on me and completely humiliated me in front of everyone.
