Coordination between sales and maintenance is poor. Reception makes appointments and when you get there (on time) the customer rep.says no one is available to work on your vehicle. Poor coordination. In previous visits when I came in for oil change, etc the customer rep. left the dealership and failed to contact me to say my vehicle was complete. You need an efficiency expert to help your dealership improve how business is done. One suggestion would be to put a monitor in the maintenance lounge that tell customers what the status of their vehicle is or when any changes take place. More

I found their vehicle on Autotrader, then reached out to them about the availability. I had questions about the battery that they answered practically instantly, sending me the 2 photos of the screen inside them about the availability. The 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance had only 8,200 miles, but I wanted to know the actual full-charge range of the car today before even considering heading to the lot to look at it. They were amazingly flexible with my fluid, hectic schedule, making, cancelling and modifying appointments for me to check it out right along with my whims. There was none of the usual pressure from the sales team, where I'll hear, "it's a used car, we have lots of interest, better get here fast!" When I did arrive at the lot, with only 15 minutes notice, the car was up front waiting for me, AC running on full blast. Chris was patient and helpful. Being that it's a CDJR dealer, they were lacking any expertise in EVs but were happy to learn from me lol (this is my 3rd Tesla, and I actually traded in one 2022 Model Y Performance for another). They swapped my custom rims over from my previous vehicle for me and (after a lesson for the service department, who wanted to charge a hefty sum to swap the wheels and reprogram all the TPMS sensors... something the Teslas do automatically via Bluetooth), I got word today, while expecting a call for payment to service for the wheel change, that they were internalizing that transaction and Kyle the sales manager hopes I love and enjoy my new-used car! Chris, my salesman, spent nearly an hour on the phone with the insurance company getting that all taken care of, fighting with the AI phone answering gate keeper designed to prevent you from ever talking to a human for me so that I didn't get to experience the high blood pressure from the frustration of doing so myself). All from a huge, clean, top of the line dealership. I'm going to be needing a heavy duty truck in the near future and I definitely know the first place I'll check. Arrigo CDJR in West Palm Beach. Kyle, Sales manager, demanded I “get back in here” when I refused a VERY lowball offer on my trade in. Had to complain to the GM to get any level of respect and a fair price. Then, after arguing for days, I get the truck with half of a tank of gas in it. Tires that are too big for the wheels and uneven on inflation by a 25PSI gap from front to back. First salesperson knew next to nothing about the Truck I wanted OR the challenger i was trading in, the second salesperson, Jason, was knowledgeable about both vehicles and was the ONLY saving grace from this experience. All in all worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. More
