The service department and the general manager of this place are a joke. This place has to be the most unproductive and poorest excuse for a car dealership or even doing the right thing imaginable. The sales person lied on multiple occasions, tried to charge us more money than we agreed upon initially with the deal and blamed us multiple times for their incompetence. I t was nothing but a nightmare after buying the car. Had to take it in to get the additional accessories that were purchased installed. They had the car for over 10 days in total and several calls to corporate Nissan including filing multiple claims with them and the DMV. Do not trust a word they say and save yourself purchase a car elsewhere. More

I recently spent $30,000 on a Toyota Corolla at this dealership, expecting at least a basic level of honesty and service. I was assured I’d receive two keys, with the second one ‘misplaced’ from their s dealership, expecting at least a basic level of honesty and service. I was assured I’d receive two keys, with the second one ‘misplaced’ from their supposed recent delivery from another dealership. They told me not to worry—they’d find it. Fast forward a few days, and suddenly I’m informed that my car was ‘priced with only one key.’ So, which is it? Misplaced or never included? They fed me a story to close the sale, then conveniently flipped it once my money was in their hands. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that doesn’t operate with such shady, bait-and-switch tactics. More

My roommate has bought 2 vehicles from them and got deals on both. I had a very tricky situation but they pulled through, jumped through hoops, got me financed, and gave me more for my trade. I had the great experience I have ever had since I satarted to make Bussiness with Maus Nissan on 2023 when I first bought a new Nissan Rogue. Today in my second close deal getting a 2024 Nissan Path satarted to make Bussiness with Maus Nissan on 2023 when I first bought a new Nissan Rogue. Today in my second close deal getting a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder I found a great sales men named Kyle, where he helped me and walk me through the entire purchase with great service, confidence and patient.
