The only reason they are getting a one is because they gave me a loaner while they worked on my car for over a month. Tori (a female mind you) that works in services and Jason the service manager did exactly everything they say that mechanics do to women they did to me. They played me like a fiddle. They pretended to be operating in my best interest all the while lying over charging me and putting me back in my car in the condition it was in unsafe. The mechanics put my windshield on backwards. How does that happen. They fixed my car just so that two days later the check engine light came back on so I would have to bring it back to them so they can give me another big whopping bill. Now they stated they would do repairs partial repairs for free for me and I can't really drive the car long distance when they know that's what I do for work but yet and still they give me back a car with blots missing, zip tie tube together because a piece was broken windshield wipers on backwards and now I have to go to my goddaughter's funeral both her and her son died I have to drive my car to Orlando Airport and I was told the parts would be in by Friday August 14th and here it is August 17th and parts still not here. I had to cancel my group home clients for my job because I'm afraid to drive my car waiting for the parts to come in and reschedule all my group homes for the week of the 17th and no parts. I don't know what more is wrong with my car if you can't even put on the windshield wipers correctly and blots missing and zip tie holding parts together. And all this going on while I am grieving my loss of family. They took advantage of my kindness, my belief that they cared about me as a customer, and my trust.
