The outside entrance area is well managed to process incoming cars fast and my advisor was very nice but it took long time to just get things started once inside. Took care of us the entire time, kept us in the loop for everything and made sure we were happy, will definitely go back to him for future purchases! My only nitpick is on the trade in side - got a higher trade in value going to the Ferman Volvo vs the BMW dealership, would've been nice to have the higher trade in initially from BMW. More
