I worked with Kyle from the Spring of 2023 until the 2024 model year when my GLC finally arrived. Kyle was extremely patient during the entire time with many test drives. The manager wasn't willing to work with us, only a 500. 00 off, after a put down a 2000.00 deposit to hold the car, in which I have never seen seen and to be told it was no refundable. Kyle made it real easy to work with to get our purchase. The vehicle caught our eye and Kyle was there instantly to assist us, we did not have to go looking for a salesman.
