Ferman provides excellent service, treats me like I am a valued customer, is clear on what is wrong and how they will fix the problem and the cost to do so. I left my X3 for standard service at Ferman BMW. I mentioned a problem, that the car had problems starting, and would like that to be looked at. The service staff did the "service" charged me $954 a I mentioned a problem, that the car had problems starting, and would like that to be looked at. The service staff did the "service" charged me $954 and said the car is fine despite the problems with starting. A week later, the car left me in the parking lot, refusing to start. I had to have it towed to Ferman BMW again to fix it. This time, when they looked into the problem, they found it and fixed it, costing me again $1096. A lot of wasted time, trouble, and cost of having the car towed and some extra costs with the service could have been avoided if the service staff had looked into the problem I originally mentioned. More
