I stopped at this dealership purely by chance. It was my birthday and the stars were aligned. With incredible good fortune I was paired up with Kyle Roman. I cannot begin to extol his virtues! I had a very tight schedule and needed to get an appraisal on my beloved CRZ. Kyle provided much needed birthday cheer, a great appraisal and an easy check out process. The service here was outstanding. Kyle was kind enough to drive me home in a very sexy HR-V. I appreciated his no pressure, knowledgeable and down to earth demeanor so much so that I asked my husband to go in to meet him and have our other vehicle appraised. While Kyle was not able to meet my husband at the allotted time, (darn those crazy work schedules) Kyle referred us to his colleague Mike, who was also great to work with. We aren't in the market for another car JUST YET but when we are, Mr. Rome will be my guy. I walked in expecting the usual car dealership salesman and walked out thinking - this is the kinda dude who you would want to have a beer with. His knowledge of all things Auto is fantastic. He reads up on latest EV trends and is just a good guy to work with. He was even intuitive and empathetic enough to give me a minute to say goodbye to my sweet hybrid. I would work with him again and will absolutely recommend him to friends and family alike. Thanks Kyle! More
