My lease was ending and I was purchasing my car. Since I leased it from dealership in Lisle, I made an appointment to have them write up the purchase. When they found out I was financing through my credit Union, they told me they couldn’t do the paperwork unless I financed through Honda. After driving from Lake Zurich to Lisle I wasn’t even asked to sit down to discuss the process . My mechanic recommended your dealership. When I called the receptionist was very friendly and told me to come right in. Kyle met me in the parking lot, escorted me to his desk and inquired about my intentions. When I explained my dilemma he assured me he could help. He offered me financing but I had committed to my credit union. Kyle suggested a warranty but I passed. He did not pressure me which I really appreciated. He helped me complete my paperwork and had the purchase agreement written up within minutes. Even though I didn’t purchase a new car or lease, I was treated courteously and respectfully. Kyle was so friendly and helpful that I actually felt guilty not purchasing a new vehicle! When I returned the next day with the check he again greeted me and escorted me to the gentleman in finance. This gentleman was also very friendly and gave me helpful advice about keeping my information secure. I will definitely recommend your dealership and when I’m ready for a new vehicle I will purchase it from Kyle and Schaumburg Honda. More
