I had come in for a service on the MDX that I had purchased from Kyle Rome here at Honda Schaumburg. The entire process getting through service was flawless. I called at 8 o’clock in the morning to g purchased from Kyle Rome here at Honda Schaumburg. The entire process getting through service was flawless. I called at 8 o’clock in the morning to get scheduled for the reprogramming of a secondary key and I was given an appointment that same day. Chris was my service advisor and he did a great job making sure I didn’t have any questions prior to them taking the car back. He even set up a shuttle for me to be taken to the Local gym. The shuttle driver Willie, was fast and efficient. Got me to and from the gym with minimal wait time. I was told it would take 2 hours for the service to be completed and it only took 1 hour. Even better. Once I returned to Honda, Kyle, the sales man who sold me the car came out to say hello. He even remembered my daughters name and asked how she was doing. The financial advisor Dana even recalled who I was and came out to ask how everything was going with the car. Very friendly group of workers here. I highly recommend. I have had great experiences here. That is why this is our third vehicle purchased from this dealership. More
