My service rep, Kyle, was very professional and attentive. He answered all of my questions in detail. The service was excellent, and they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, coff attentive. He answered all of my questions in detail. The service was excellent, and they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, coffee and snacks. The service dept. was very busy, and I understand that things take time, but I don't really understand why I had to wait three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That should be a one-hour visit at most. My only suggestion is that when you make the appt online and indicate that you are going to be waiting on site (in my mind, I figured it would be an hour or so at best), they might give you an idea of the potential wait time so that you can plan accordingly. More

When I brought my daughter’s car in initially Joe Cordaro assisted me. But then the service was transferred to Kyle Leete. He listened to the issues and concern my daughter had been having with the steering assisted me. But then the service was transferred to Kyle Leete. He listened to the issues and concern my daughter had been having with the steering on her car. The problem had caused her to lose control and run over a median. Kyle was incredibly diligent and thorough working with the technician to check and recheck the car’s performance. It took many days for the repairs. When all the work was completed, Kyle ensured everything was functioning properly and safely before releasing it back to me. He went way beyond normal customer service, keeping me informed frequently throughout the process. I feel that Kyle is an incredible asset to the Honda service department and very grateful to have had him overseeing the repairs. More

I have brought my cars here for many years. Work is professionally done and timely as well. We have always been able to get our car right in the garage at the time of our appointment and a representative has been at the door and ready to help before getting out of the car. Kyle is the person w garage at the time of our appointment and a representative has been at the door and ready to help before getting out of the car. Kyle is the person we usually work with and he is awesome. Curtious, respectful and always takes the time to answer our questions. Never has made us feel like he is too busy or we are a bother. Honda does a good job of hiring and training employees. More
