I was never aware of Spitzer until I reached out to every Toyota dealership in a 200-mile radius looking for a new car. With a flood of redundant emails, texts, and calls coming in from dozens of dealerships Toyota dealership in a 200-mile radius looking for a new car. With a flood of redundant emails, texts, and calls coming in from dozens of dealerships all downplaying that they didn't have what I was looking for, I had started to ignore all Toyota-related communications by the time I got around to Spitzer. Doug Klenoshek did a great job of being persistent enough to get my attention, without being too naggy. Rutul (Rudy) Shah handled my sale and was very upfront and honest about the entire process. I felt confident that I was getting a good deal and that I was empowered to choose the best options for my situation. Communication was prompt, convenient, and friendly. My whole experience was painless even at a time when finding new vehicles has been nearly impossible. Kyle Hembree made the paperwork easy and was convincing but not overly aggressive in suggesting the extended warranty. I ended up choosing the maximum ToyotaCare Plus package. Overall, Spitzer would be my first choice if I needed a vehicle in the future. More
