Your salesmen are rude, your mechanics either don't communicate well or the salesmen misrepresent what is said. They interrupt, don't listen, and try to avoid customers who aren't purchasing additional communicate well or the salesmen misrepresent what is said. I had a salesperson laughing at me regarding selling the Buick I bought at this dealership back to the dealership, telling me my 2016 Loaded regal was worth $300 because it MIGHT need extra work. He thought that was hilarious - I wasn't laughing. If I never have to deal with this location again I will be THRILLED. If anyone asks about purchasing from this location I will strongly suggest they visit the Ferndale buick dealer instead. Your cashier is very nice - despite what she puts up with. More

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and they tried to sweep the rug underneath me by changing our contract without consulting me.
