John, I purchased my vehicle in 2019, and have repeatedly given feedback about the horrible service and how rude the sales people have been/are. It's lovely that you finally responded ****4 years**** after my first service complaint. (I have submitted 4 prior to this one) I've already sold my Buick - as is - for $7,000-- less than 24 hours after your salesperson laughed and lowballed me, claiming my car wasn't worth 300.00. I will be sharing my _horrible_ experiences, and telling everyone I know how terrible your sales/service people are in order to save them from having the same impatient, patronizing, humiliating, frustrating, and EXPENSIVE service I received. Your dealership lost my business permanently. Don't contact me again.
