Set up a service appointment over a week ago for 10;30am. Arrived and had to wait 10min to check in. Asked to check dashboard “Check Trailer Brake” warning message as well as intermittent power outage on Arrived and had to wait 10min to check in. Informed them the “experience” of setting an appointment over a week prior and then being told it would take leaving vehicle over the weekend” is totally unacceptable and destroying customer loyalty.
