They were easy to work with and made the sale easy. They did not disclose the used vehicle I bought only had 1 key until after everything was completed and time to drive off the lot. I bought a car there I had been working on for a month and they gave me the run around. Came home and heater didn't work the next morning when I went to work. Jake told me I should have bought the warrant and they gave me the run around. Came home and heater didn't work the next morning when I went to work. Jake told me I should have bought the warranty and to pay for a visit at a different dealer.I would think a reputable car dealer would be a little more compassionate since it was the next time I drove it after purchase. I guess they care very little about customers and only about making a sale. Also I had been working with Kyle who did his best to dodge my phone calls and try to not sell me the car after they did work to it so they could up the price. He would not even come and meet with me when I got there. I also left several messages for Justin the dealer manager and never got a response since I was upset about Kyle's suggestion that they should no longer sell it to me at the price they had it listed for. Overall it was a month of chasing after this dealer to just simply respond to me and update me on where the car I wanted to purchase was. I should have taken that as a sign not to buy it but in the end I decided to anyway. Now I am stuck with a heater that only blows very lukewarm air and that won't work in a ND winter. Obviously they only care about a sale and not the actual customer. Very disappointing. This is the ONLY dealership I have ever been treated this way at. I guess next time around I will stick with the 3 others I have bought from before with way better customer service and people that actually care about what they are selling. More

I have had nothing good happen since I bought my car:( came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no bo came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no body hardly calls back. They made it sound like they did me such a big favor to fix what was wrong with it less then 12 hours after I bought it. They said well I did buy a used car… I’ve driven countless miles to pick it up and drop it off and asked for someone to meet me half way but “they don’t do that”. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. If I was the manager I would be going above and beyond to make sure I fixed these issues and made the customer feel comfortable with their purchase. Everyone I have talked to will never shop there now. Sad story. More
