Great service Have been in for oil changes and a new tier. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Bought spare tier kit on one occasion and was not thrilled th Have been in for oil changes and a new tier. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Bought spare tier kit on one occasion and was not thrilled that I then had to buy the tier for the rim. As if the rim would do any good without the tier. Maybe put it together and give us one price instead of add on and add on, to something most of us consider standard. More

Best Service Appt I've Ever Had I was greeted by name when I pulled into the service line & was then shown around the waiting area after my services were reviewed. A very nice young I was greeted by name when I pulled into the service line & was then shown around the waiting area after my services were reviewed. A very nice young man (I don't recall his name) told me about their free shuttle and I took him up on the offer so he drove me over to Lovell Road where I had breakfast, called him when I was ready to be picked up and a few minutes later he was there. We pulled into Kia and as I got out of the shuttle Kristeena walked to me, greeting me by name and explained what they had done, we chatted and off I went. Literally the best experience and I'm actually looking forward to returning in 5000 miles! More

Service During my last service the oil drain plug was not tightened all of the way. Last week, I noticed oil drilling from my car. I took it back in to have t During my last service the oil drain plug was not tightened all of the way. Last week, I noticed oil drilling from my car. I took it back in to have the issue address and Kristeena worked very quickly on having the issue resolved. She did say the drain plug was not tight and she apologized for the inconvenience. More

Awesome and Honest I had a bad sales side experience at this dealership and didn't want to go back. Then I purchased a Kia Optima from Carvana.com and wanted to have an I had a bad sales side experience at this dealership and didn't want to go back. Then I purchased a Kia Optima from Carvana.com and wanted to have an actual Kia service center to get checked. I ended up with the service rep that was amazing. She worked us in and was very upfront and honest about everything. At that time the car was under warranty still and she made sure that they checked out every little thing as if they were putting it on their lot to sell. She is the only reason I returned to Parkside Kia and continue going back. It's because of her I ended up there to purchase another Kia vehicle. I have nothing negative to say about service at Parkside Kia. More
