Glad it was time to have and oil change One phone call! I called Kristeena, asked if I could bring my car in for oil and filter and a couple of other things. She made the appointment. I had One phone call! I called Kristeena, asked if I could bring my car in for oil and filter and a couple of other things. She made the appointment. I had to be in Knoxville the day before so she said I could drop off my car and then pick it up the day of my appointment when it was ready. She called early, I picked the car up and it was washed and clean. Thanks for making our trips for service fun days. More
