Thank you for the coupon for oil change/tire rotation/etc. I had a question today about Sportmatic Shifting. Tracie asked Carlos to help me with that, and I understood his explanation. Kristeena is always a great greeter and gets the process started in an efficient way. Thank you for the amenities in the waiting area. I have a question: why did you take away automatic UP window on the driver's side. I don't think we've ever owned a car with automatic windows in which automatic UP was not included. Other than that, I have no complaints. I LOVE my Sportage! I LOVE LOVE Burnished Copper!!! I LOVE the versatility of the back seats/cargo area. We really LOVE the safety features of this 2020!!! By the way.... my husband is the one who has been receiving emails, texts, phone calls, etc. because his name is on the purchase agreement. However, I am the one that drives it. I asked Kristeena to change all contact information to me. She did that happily and said the changes should be in effect within 24 hours. More

Excellent Service I booked service appointment on-line. However, it wasn't accepted (I did not know this at the time)and I did not get a confirming email. I showed up I booked service appointment on-line. However, it wasn't accepted (I did not know this at the time)and I did not get a confirming email. I showed up for my appointment and found out that I did not have one. The service department worked hard to fit me in. Satisfied With Service But Disappointed With KIA!! I came in for an oil change, That was great!! As always. They day before I had the oil change I had a tire blowout and attempted to change my tire fo I came in for an oil change, That was great!! As always. They day before I had the oil change I had a tire blowout and attempted to change my tire for the very 1st time myself with the Jack that was provided. A few more inches and I would been severely hurt because the Jack provided just bent over and snapped apart causing my car to far down. Very undependable and dangerous Jack that Kia provided with my car. I asked several times if I could get a replacement Jack while getting an oil change since that one failed. Sadly I turned away with a NO. That was the worst let down, because now I don't feel that my safety was of any concern. More

SERVICE THIS IS MY 2ND KIA SOUL , THE 1ST WASNT BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION BUT I HAD USED ANOTHER KIA DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA AND THEY DIDNT HOLD A CANDLE TO T THIS IS MY 2ND KIA SOUL , THE 1ST WASNT BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION BUT I HAD USED ANOTHER KIA DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA AND THEY DIDNT HOLD A CANDLE TO THE SERVICE FROM YOUR LOCATION SO I STARTED USING YOUR DEALERSHIP AND PURCHASED MY 2ND LIA FROM YOUR LOCATION . I WASNT TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE SALESMAN I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM HE WASNT INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER JUST MAKING A SALE , BUT YOUR SERVICE DEPT WAS A DRIVING FORCE IN ME BUYING THE CAR AT THAT LOCATION.
