Joe Wall, with the help of his team at DLR will have my business for life. Joe took the time to explain all details with me and spent valuable time making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He brought a SUV to my house I didn’t 100% like so he went back to the drawing board. Found me the perfect car within 24 hours that fits my family, while still having the power & sporty look I love. The purchase and drop off process was contactless and stress free. The vehicle was dropped off detailed and super clean inside and out! After the purchase Joe has checked in twice with me to make sure everything was still perfect. I have purchased two new trucks since 2014 and I received better customer service by this dealership than any other big name dealerships out there. The owner Chris even took time from his busy schedule to come in the office and introduce himself and speak with me.
