The experience I had at MetroWest Acura was amazing after searching for my new vehicle for over a month. I had contacted Metro West, as I considered an Acura I spoke to a young lady Reyanna who inquired abou searching for my new vehicle for over a month. I had contacted Metro West, as I considered an Acura I spoke to a young lady Reyanna who inquired about my interest in vehicle preference and politely told me as I was on the fence to continue shopping and when I was ready to double back, I did exactly just that and boy did she deliver, she kept her word not to waste my time that she understood the assignment and promised me to make it as smooth as possible and she did exactly that by respecting me my needs and more importantly my time I walked in she got right down to business and as she promised gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse and allowed me to walk out with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours unbelievable I will definitely be back and I highly recommend MetroWest Acura. Classic bait-and-switch feel – this is exactly why people hate buying cars at dealerships. We were promised a specific vehicle with a certain mileage and took time off work to come in – only to find out t hate buying cars at dealerships. We were promised a specific vehicle with a certain mileage and took time off work to come in – only to find out the actual mileage was significantly higher. When we raised this, we were told the price had increased and that we should consider ourselves lucky to get this higher-mileage car at the originally quoted price. The used car manager, Korab Krasniqi, was arrogant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the situation. The General Manager, Brian Cho, was more professional, but showed the same lack of interest in making things right. Even getting our deposit back required multiple follow-ups. Not that we expected full transparency and integrity from a dealership transaction, but at other dealerships we’ve dealt with, management is at least smart enough to stop playing games before losing a customer. Not here. More
