I was disappointed with my experience at MetroWest Acura for my first oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and I was told it would take about an hour. Although I arrived o for my first oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and I was told it would take about an hour. Although I arrived on time, the garage doors didn’t open until 8:40. The service handler was not particularly friendly, and after my car was serviced, I received a text at 9:46 AM saying it was ready. I then waited an additional 25 minutes for someone to complete the paperwork and release my car, making the total visit nearly two hours. During that time, I had to repeatedly ask about my car rather than being kept informed or having someone come to assist me. I understand they were short-staffed, and the handler did explain that someone had recently given notice. However, I would have appreciated better communication, a more welcoming attitude, and a more efficient checkout process. Unfortunately, this was not the level of customer service I expected from Acura for my first service visit. More

Salesperson did not do his homework before I came in for my appointment. I originally spoke with a sales manager and told him what I was looking foe bi have leased 5 Acuras from this same dealership. The experience I had at MetroWest Acura was amazing after searching for my new vehicle for over a month. I had contacted Metro West, as I considered an Acura I spoke to a young lady Reyanna who inquired abou searching for my new vehicle for over a month.
