I was lied to forced to sign a contract with over $6000. In warranties, some I was even eligible for. The sales man was very dishonest even I after I told him I had no need for the warranties and wasn’t eli In warranties, some I was even eligible for. The only issue I encountered was with Jose Herrera. He lied and told me it was mandatory to sign a contract that included almost $7,000. In warranties. Some warranties I wasn’t even eligible for. Luckily, the bank did not honor the contract and it had to be revised because Jose (finance manager) also increased the actual pay off amount as well. After reaching out to a manager I spoke with Carly McCall and she was not concerned at all. She told me Jose would follow up with me to correct the contract and resubmit it to the bank. I explained to her I did not trust Jose he lied even after I told him I was not eligible for some warranties and did not want them he said it was required in order to complete the contract. Carly then had sales manager Christian Colon reach out to me. He was able to reduce my loan by over $5000. And he was very thorough in explaining why I had to keep the warranty I did keep. Christian demonstrated integrity and was very respectful and patient. He definitely turned my horrible experience into satisfaction. More

This was maybe the smoothest, easiest and fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Kimberly and the team there were so easy to work with. Not a ton of back and forth and we worked out a great deal o buying experience I’ve ever had! Kimberly and the team there were so easy to work with. Felt I wasn't listened to and was pushed into a car that was not of my choice. At the end of the process I left without any of the paperwork (contract) I signed. Father called the financial services leader was not of my choice. At the end of the process I left without any of the paperwork (contract) I signed. Father called the financial services leader (Nidal Hatoum) and was ignored, still no contracts. This seems totally inappropriate. Drove car off of lot with a red light flashing, did not know what it was turned out to be malfunction of airbags and restraints. Now I'm afraid to drive it. Father is bringing it in for service. Not sure who to contact for lack of copy of contract. More

The representative that handled my appointment was very attentive,but I noticed 2 things.
