

I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

Very pleased with the experience. Kim was great to work with and had a very detailed knowledge of multiple current and previous generation Honda vehicles as well as a solid understan Kim was great to work with and had a very detailed knowledge of multiple current and previous generation Honda vehicles as well as a solid understanding of the competitors' offerings. By my own decision, nearly all negotiations were completed via email correspondence, and we only spent a bit of time in the dealership (to test drive and to pick up the car and sign the paperwork). That said, we had a our 3 young kids there and it was a nice experience as well. The kids were offered plenty of snacks and treats and Kim was wonderful with them. From the time we test drove to the time I purchased the car was only a little more than 24hrs, which seems fast. But with negotiating via email, we were able to go back and forth and hammer out a deal in a convenient setting for us both, which was wonderful. I'm satisfied with the final deal, and I'm confident that the final trade-in value and final sale price were very competitive in this region. TLDR: Nice, professional, competent sales specialist, comfortable physical dealership space, and good deal that was reached in an extremely efficient manner. What else could you ask for? :-) More
