I took my car in for an oil change and got it back with the engine light on and the car was noticeabley shaking. When I called to ask what was happening they said "I dont know you can bring it back if you the engine light on and the car was noticeabley shaking. When I called to ask what was happening they said "I dont know you can bring it back if you want". So I brought it back where they cleared the code and fed me a xxxxxxxx excuse for why it did that (Google and every mechanic I know told me they made up that reason). While I was there I heard the service manager talking xxxx about another customer with an issue, which i have heard her do just about everytime ive gone in for service. Also my husband asked her to have the dealership manager call us since the service manager was pretty clear that she didnt care about the customer service issue, and we have never gotten a call from the dealership manager. So overall mistreated and ignored after really shotty service. How do you mess up an oil change that bad? More

Had to have 10,000 mile courtesy maintenence (tire rotation and oil change) done by noon for me to get to work on time.
