$200 is a bit much for a diagnostic service. Driver side window still goes down intermittently when I put it up. Said that it would have to be doing it when they look at it or they can’t fix any Driver side window still goes down intermittently when I put it up. I owned an auto repair shop and parts wouldn’t be more than $250 and 1.5 hours labor. Wayyyyy too much. More

The person who initially helped me was great. But when I se the appointment they said they would need my truck for 2 days for something checked out under warranty, when I got there they said they But when I se the appointment they said they would need my truck for 2 days for something checked out under warranty, when I got there they said they would need it for 3 days. I live 3 hours away and asked if they had a loaner car and she went to check. The loaner car person was very rude and I feel tried to be intimidating. He said they do not have anyway to get me a car like it was my fault. The extra day added on is what the problem was, we had already made plans for 2 days but not the third. Not sure if i will be back there for service again. More
