Holly was amazing to work with when I called and when I brought in my Kona. She explained exactly what was going to be covered and how long it would take. The service team is great and it is the cleanest brought in my Kona. She explained exactly what was going to be covered and how long it would take. Salesman was nice to work with. Only issue with the whole experience was the HARD sell by the finance individual for the dealership warranty.
