I must say, today was a great day. For most of the day my wife was calling around trying to get approved at an affordable price on a new vehicle. For some reason the lord told her to call up to Nissan of Elk Grove. She spoke with a gut name Khanh Ho. He was so helpful from the start of the call. He sent my wife an application and the process was started. My Wife gave him some details and he sent a vehicle to pick us up. Insuring us that we will leave with a vehicle. Let me back up a bit. Last month I wrecked her vehicle so we were without a vehicle and was very anxious to get one asap. When we came in the building the energy he had was so contagious. He welcomed us with a smile and offered us drinks or something to snack on. We were with him for no more than two hours. The places we went to before offered us a vehicle that was way older and a vehicle that we did not want with more milage as well. Mr. Ho told us he will get us right and make sure we get what we need and what we want and most of all make it affordable. He blessed us with an awesome 2022 Nissan Pathfinder with premium care package included at a very low cost. I honestly don't think we could have got any better with someone else. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Ik for sure I will be coming back and sending family and friend straight to him. What ever he is getting paid Nissan needs to get him a raise asap. My family thank you Khanh and hopefully in the future I will be seeing u for another car purchase. Khanh for sure went above and beyond to satisfy my wife with this car purchase. Also the driver he had was very professional and also the guy who helped with the signing. I called Nissan because I wanted to stop by and see a car I really liked. The car was a 2025 Nissan Sentra; so I spoke with Khan and set up the appointment. From the moment I entered Nissan of Elk Grove; I was immediately greeted and Khanh Ho was already there waiting for me; as soon as I shook Khanh's hand I felt like I was speaking to a Family member of mine. He made me feel at ease, and took time to get to know me. On the test drive; Khanh was friendly and professional and felt like he genuinely cared about me and wanted to help me. Which I really liked and didn't feel the sales pressure at all. The test drive and car was Awesome! When we got back Khan answered every questions I had even gave me soda and snacks. Every step of the process was smooth and was driving out of there with my new ride in no time. I will be back for my next car. More
