Quite pleased with the service received this go-round. The service visit was due to concerns about the coolant level dropping and my perceived loss of heat blasting thru the vents. The technician review The service visit was due to concerns about the coolant level dropping and my perceived loss of heat blasting thru the vents. The technician reviewed both my and another same model vehicle to verify that thermostat setting around 75-degrees has rather lukewarm air rather than heat. There is warmer air at higher temp settings though so Im satisfied. Coolant pressure level test was performed and no anomalies found. The service advisor conferred these findings to me over the phone and upon vehicle pick-up. I appreciate the service dept’s determination to get to the bottom of my concerns. Thank you! More

The service center is great but trying to get a hold of them is another story. Every time I call, no one answers and no one returns my voicemail. It’s very inconvenient. I’ve been trying to wait before I filled this out so that I could calm down a little. I took my vehicle in for the 15k mile service. I was greeted with “ hello sir, I’ll be right with you “. Uh.. I’m a woman I could calm down a little. I took my vehicle in for the 15k mile service. I was greeted with “ hello sir, I’ll be right with you “. Uh.. I’m a woman, ok, I get it, but the gal in the office was laughing hysterically. That was pretty rude. He quoted me $698 for the required service. I have lifetime oil change and platinum warranty. We eventually got it down to $298. Including the oil change and the additives they were using. When I came back the manager offered me a complimentary detailing on my next visit due to the “sir” incident. Cool! So I go about my business and noticed that I’m leaving oil spots in the driveway etc. I called Friday to tell them about it. Maybe I can get in Wednesday…. NO - so they put me in on Monday. And I was going to use my free detailing. I had to add two quarts of oil before Monday. So come 10:00 Monday I brought the car in. Apparently someone forgot the crush washer. I told them I wanted the additive replaced as well. And with the detailing to be sure to wash the back really well because it was covered with oil spray. It didn’t go to detail until 4ish. When I picked it up after 6 it looked pretty good. The inside hade been wiped and vacuumed. But driving home I noticed the windows hadn’t been done. The front windshield had an oily spray down low, like from the dashboard cleaner… I tried cleaning it and just couldn’t get it clean. And it appears that I’m still leaking oil and I’m getting a tick tick tick sound. I’m just furious about this. If my engine is compromised I’m going to be livid. More
