After reading the reviews online I was a little skeptical about what I might experience when I took my car in for service. I was impressed with the representative who took my information and assisted me with about what I might experience when I took my car in for service. I was impressed with the representative who took my information and assisted me with getting the car serviced. I was disappointed that the appointment was actually for a recall notice and not for routine service However they did manage to change the oil that was needed. I will have to make another appointment for other routine service checks. The representative who checked me out impressed me by addressing me by my name when he was not even there representative who greeted me when I came in to drop the vehicle off. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. More

I scheduled my appointment 17 days in advance via some crazy text this number then they call you back 2 days later nonsense. My original appointment was for a transmission service and oil change I receive crazy text this number then they call you back 2 days later nonsense. My original appointment was for a transmission service and oil change I received a phone call 48 hrs before my appointment notifying me that they couldn't do my transmission service but would still perform my oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early armed with mileage in hand. I was told my service would be approximately an hour. At an hour and 20 minutes I went back to the desk because I thought my car was out there and ready However I discovered they hadn't even taken it back!!! My husband had been waiting at the airport for pick up so I had to leave without the service done. No one communicated to me anything amd while I was in the waiting room a man came in saying his car had been in the service department since JANUARY amd he was asking for the GM who refused to come see him and a woman was at the desk speaking about suing. I've never struggled this much with the dealer it was a very disappointing trip. More
