We drove over 2 hours to purchase out car from Malouf Cadillac/Chevy. We had done exhaustive research to find just the exact car we were looking for. We actually enjoyed our experience with our salesper Cadillac/Chevy. We had done exhaustive research to find just the exact car we were looking for. We actually enjoyed our experience with our salesperson, John Marfoglio and the manager Nick. Both individuals made sincere effort to accommodate our interests, It was a long and tiring afternoon till all matters were addressed, but I am happy to say everyone maintained a positive attitude. It was worth the long trip to NJ from PA for this purchase! More

I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this dealer. I was told that I would be called a week prior to the deliver of my vehicle. They called me once it had arrived and was told I had one week t dealer. I was told that I would be called a week prior to the deliver of my vehicle. They called me once it had arrived and was told I had one week to take the vehicle because it was the end of the month but was originally told two week. Whenever I asked questions about the car, Katie Martin told me to go look at the window sticker. I wanted to speak to finance prior to taking delivery of the vehicle to know the additional warranties and packages. Katie handed me a bunch of pamphlets that did not contain pricing. I had to beg to speak with finance who were really nice and helpful. I asked about the length of the subscription for On Star and Super Cruise. Since finance didn't know and told me to ask Katie, she couldn't be bothered to find out the answer. She told me they would call me once it was close to the end of the trial. When I scheduled the appointment to take delivery of a $180K vehicle, none of the paperwork was ready. I sat with her for 15 minutes before she realized that finance didn't have any of the paperwork. She then proceeded to sit in her managers office scrolling on her phone and then I sat with her for another 15 minutes before it went off to finance. So I waited about 45 -50 minutes before I was able to go to finance. She seemed genuinely uninterested in the sale and annoyed by my presence. I originally thought it might be just an off day but these events happened over the course of several days. She did apologize after I told finance I would not shop or service my vehicle there but after I paid for the vehicle and the sale was finalized. I think she knew that she did not provide her best level of service but as someone who has bought numerous vehicles before, I would skip the hassle and not recommend shopping for a vehicle here. More
