After owning and leasing the Lexus ES for almost 30 years, it was time for another. I was met by Kevin Silva who was both personable and professional to myself and my wife. Kevin asked the right questions in order to know our specific situation and needs. He brought us 2 vehicles and was very knowledgeable of his product as he explained the new features from the ES we currently owned. We were ready to buy and Kevin worked hard to make the deal happen. We picked the car up yesterday and are thrilled with our purchase. Kevin represented us well with his management and ultimately earned our business. This was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown. More
