WE JUST WENT TO "LOOK" AND THE SUPER SALESMAN, KEVIN SILVA TOOK OVER FROM THERE. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, FOUND OUT THAT WE OWNED TWO LEXUS VEHICLES ALREADY AND WITH HIS GREAT PERSONALITY, REV SILVA TOOK OVER FROM THERE. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, FOUND OUT THAT WE OWNED TWO LEXUS VEHICLES ALREADY AND WITH HIS GREAT PERSONALITY, REVIEWED THE FEATURES OF THE 2014 ES 350. WE WERE SOLD. Purchased a new Lexus from out of state NJ from Kevin Silva of Watertown Lexus. All paperwork and financing was done prior to pickup thru email. Smooth, comprehensible, and transparent. Bought in Silva of Watertown Lexus. All paperwork and financing was done prior to pickup thru email. Smooth, comprehensible, and transparent. Bought in December to Remember and picked up in January. Tags were taken care of on their end. Accurate eta on its arrival and flight up to Boston was easy. Picked up by a Lexus employee named William, whom drove me safely back to dealership within 20 mins. Vehicle was ready for me to drive off as soon as I arrived. No complaints, only positive dealings.
