Christian did his job with sales demonstration well enough, until it got to the imbecile Sales Manager Kevin Pereira in the finance dept. It seems it's not the A team working on a Saturday and if it i enough, until it got to the imbecile Sales Manager Kevin Pereira in the finance dept. It seems it's not the A team working on a Saturday and if it is then all the bad reviews this place are well earned, Pereira fumbled the bag so badly, seems simple spelling & reading is beyond the incompetent clown. Avoid this place like the plague, the manager(s) have no idea what they're doing or they do if their intent is to rip you off. This place just reinforces the stereotype of the used car salesman but adds incompetence to the mix, just save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Pereira is listed in the sales department, not the finance department & it shows, the clown should be nowhere near any finance inquiries. More

Empire Ford found the vehicle we were looking for. They were able to get the upfit package done in a timely fashion. When we arrived to pick up the van, there were some issues to deal with, but the They were able to get the upfit package done in a timely fashion.
