I am rather disappointed with DCH and my purchase experience, especially considering we have family who have used this location in the past. SALES: I worked with Emily Castro for sales. The purch experience, especially considering we have family who have used this location in the past. SALES: I worked with Emily Castro for sales. The purchasing experience was decent. Emily was available via text for questions and updates which made the purchase very helpful. A lot of issues with the vehicle were not disclosed or shown in the pictures until we arrived for the test drive. The PCS and audio system changes from earlier models should be mentioned during the initial inquiry, as these were MAJOR let downs after buying. FINANCE: Kevin was nice but he gave me a USB drive without my documents on it. He then emailed the non-signed copies to me. I replied back asking for a copy of the signed documents and weeks later, I haven't heard back. POST PURCHASE SUPPORT: There are a couple issues with the vehicle that are still not fixed. Keith ordered a part back in early December. I have asked for updates frequently and am not getting any replies. There are still two lingering issues with a part broken inside the driver's side visor (due to replaced) and something rattling behind the steering wheel. Keith was made aware of both but I do not get replies from him anymore. To be blunt, this was not a pleasant purchasing experience and I regret using DCH. It will not happen again. More
