Emergency Help The passenger window mechanism failed and the window would not stay up. Which was a major problem since the car sits out. I called and the Service A The passenger window mechanism failed and the window would not stay up. Which was a major problem since the car sits out. I called and the Service Advisor, Kevin, said bring the car in ASAP. I did so and by the next day the car was fixed. Very pleased with the incredibly fast service. Kevin is a nice person and always goes out of his way to help. More

Kevin was awesome...Getting an appointment, not so much! I don’t have a problem with the service once they have my car. But they never have an appointment available within a week or two. It’s always a month I don’t have a problem with the service once they have my car. But they never have an appointment available within a week or two. It’s always a month out. When I need a simple oil change, waiting a month is ridiculous. I’ve actually gone other places for oil changes, and paid for them (even though I get free ones with my service contract), because they wouldn’t fit me in two weeks before leaving on a long trip. More
