Ecellent Repairs for the time I owned the owned my car. I have always gone to Lokey for repairs and they have kept my car in fantastic shape. The time it took has always been reasonable when I had to wait I have always gone to Lokey for repairs and they have kept my car in fantastic shape. The time it took has always been reasonable when I had to wait and a loner car was provided when my reapairs took longer than what I wanted to wait. Will only go there for work on my car. More

Slooooooow..... Service dept. is too small, parking lot is over crowded, vehicles parked everywhere.......hardly any room to move. Services take too long. I read a Service dept. is too small, parking lot is over crowded, vehicles parked everywhere.......hardly any room to move. Services take too long. I read about this problem online prior to buying my car here but hoped it was just a couple isolated issues. Apparently not. Also parts dept. is small and does not stock a lot of parts. This causes multiple trips to dealership for repairs. Service adviser Kevin was great, not his fault for other issues More
